Class X-XII

For the senior classes, the school conducts mid-term exams in the month of September. The theoretical assessment of a pupil is combined with the internal assessment to ascertain the fair picture of results. Internal assessment is administered as per the guidelines stipulated by CBSE. Internal assessment is not only based on the basis of marks obtained in a test or exam but incorporates various other activities and projects undertaken as part of academics. For Board classes – X and XII, two rounds of pre-boards are facilitated by the school before the year- end final board exams conducted by CBSE. The year-end examination is complemented and supplemented with Internal Assessment (IA) that assesses students in a diverse manner, at different times and also examines a broad range of curriculum objectives. Overall, the purpose is to help the students improve their achievements in scholastic areas and also to develop life skills and attitudes with reference to the larger context and canvas of life. Final evaluation of class XI is carried out in the month of February by the school on similar lines as for board classes.
