long symphony with vive of success reverberating rhythm
by rhythm. If true greatness consists in the combination of
character and intellect of the highest order and if it is to be
measured by the lasting values of solid work done in the
field of thought, founder President is beyond question one
of the outstanding men in his field. A rare combination of
wit and intelligence, charm and candor; a man of culture,
of refinement and fine sensibility; a product of his time and
milieu, his range in every field of activity had been
staggering.
A voracious businessman who drank deeply at the fountain
head of Indian culture, history and knowledge, he always
had an unslaked thirst to discover, to figure out, to
understand and to know. He was the owner of flourishing
Brightways Stores and a hotelier of eminence.
